Yesterday Doherty, Evans & Stott had the pleasure of discovering the beauty and
history of rural Macclesfield and it's renowned silk industry.
We travelled along Silk Road, no we really did!, and finally arrived at Adamley's Silk Weavers which is 100 years old.
From here, they have supplied the vast majority of the British fashion industry and we will soon be receiving our order of spectacularly hued hankies !
We're very excited about this latest collaboration and can't wait to bring in the new season with a big bright burst of colour.
We will bring pictures of the stock when it arrives but for now, here are some images of today's field trip to Macca!
